I am a devoted nurse and mother of three boys balancing the demands of healthcare and entrepreneurship with the joys of family life.

From the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Room to the intricate care of Case Management, I've navigated the healthcare world for over two decades. Along the way, I ventured into entrepreneurial endeavors, from running a pet sitting business to managing a fire protection business.

Seeking to expand my expertise, I pursued my MBA, which ignited my passion for business. This journey led me to dive into affiliate and digital marketing, ultimately launching my own business.

During my journey in affiliate and digital marketing, I unexpectedly discovered the incredible possibilities of LinkedIn™. Engaging with inspiring people on the platform ignited a genuine excitement for its potential.

Fueled by a desire to empower others, I’ve partnered with a fellow entrepreneur to launch a marketing and consulting firm.

As a seasoned professional with a passion for HR and entrepreneurship, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the table. My professional journey began once I received my Masters degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, laying the groundwork for my future endeavors.

My career took me through six enriching years in corporate Human Resources, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of the intricacies of the field. However, my entrepreneurial spirit beckoned, leading me to embark on the adventure of starting my own HR consulting practice. It was a fulfilling chapter of my life, marked by innovation and collaboration.

Yet, as life often does, my path took an unexpected turn when I made the decision to prioritize my family. With five children under my care, including a dynamic duo of twins, I embraced the role of a homeschooling parent and loved every second...ok, not every second but most. This rewarding journey, filled with moments of growth and discovery for both my children and myself, is coming to a close.

Now, as my youngest children prepare to spread their wings and graduate, I am excited to move back into full time consulting work. Drawing upon my passion for people and for business, I am determined to leverage my expertise to empower others.
